We offer two basic types of ATV trailers:
"Deck-over-the-wheels" trailers
The "Deck-over-the-wheels" trailer is single-axle unbraked multi-purpose trailer with the deck positioned over the wheels. This design offers 100% use of the bed width for cargo and plenty of clearance when traveling over rough or uneven ground. On the other hand, however, higher deck means higher center of gravity of the loaded trailer which in turn affects stability. "Deck-over-the-wheels" trailers have a solid heavy duty frame, non tilting-bed and are approved for public roads use.
"Deck-between-the-wheels" trailers
The "Deck-between-the-wheels" trailer is single-axle unbraked multi-purpose tilt-bed trailer with the deck positioned between the wheels. This design slightly reduces usable width of the bed and clearance when traveling over rough or uneven ground, but these trailer have low center of gravity and thus great stability on slopes. "Deck-between-the-wheels" trailers have a solid heavy duty frame and are not approved for public roads use.
Non-homologated ATV trailers have very high load capacity, up to almost half a ton, but are not alowed for public roads use. On public roads you can ride only with homologated trailers, but on-road loading capacity is limited by law from safety reasons to 100 - 150 kg.
All our trailers are equipped with ISO 50 coupler, homologated trailers additionally with 7-pole electrical plug.
